"Retired prosecutor says Turks have legislative ‘disease’
The Turkish people have a “disease” of passing laws too rapidly, according to former Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeals Sabih Kanadoğlu, who on Monday addressed an audience at a conference organized by the Trabzon Bar Association.
Speaking at the conference, themed “The penal code and its implementation in the context of the state of law, democracy and freedoms,” Kanadoğlu said in Turkey legislation was drafted at lightning speed."
