"Turkish parliament approves constitutional amendment on presidential elections
Turkish parliament approved on Monday the second article of a constitutional amendment package regarding general and presidential elections, the semi-official Anatolia news agency reported.
During the voting, 361 deputies voted "yes", one "no", one "abstainer" and two votes were nullified in a secret ballot for the second article. "
