The Culture and Tourism Ministry will hold an international competition for the design of the new culture center to replace the Atatürk Culture Center (AKM) in İstanbul, which it plans to demolish on the basis that it is not resistant to earthquakes, and plans to allocate YTL 150 million to the project."
