The International Press Institute World Congress and 56th General Assembly, hosted by Hürriyet Newspaper, started off last night with a reception in Dolmabahçe Palace. Over 500 participants from around the globe are taking part in this year’s congress, themed, ‘Reporting in a world where we are all ‘others’’. "
