"Cappadocia church gets EU architectural heritage prize

The European Commission and Europa Nostra, the pan-European Federation for Cultural Heritage, announced the laureates of the annual European Union Prize for Cultural Heritage / Europa Nostra Awards on April 26. "The awards of the past five years have contributed to promote places where cultural heritage is protected," says the European Commission's Cultural Representative Jan Figel."
