Istanbul's clinching of the title of European Capital of Culture for 2010 is pushing up the price of property in Turkey, an expert has said.
Prices in the former capital in particular are set to rise as much as 50 per cent and other cities could benefit as more low-cost flights from northern Europe arrive in Turkey."
