"Aide: Sarkozy will break off EU entry talks with Turkey
Underlining the priorities for the upcoming 2008 EU term presidency of France, a close aide to the French president elect said Nicolas Sarkozy would make good on his pre-election declaration of breaking ongoing accession negotiations with Turkey.
