"Istanbul prepares for 2010 Cultural Capital of Europe with host of projects

The Istanbul Greater Municipality announced yesterday that the outlook of the cosmopolitan city will be renewed with several projects for the next several years.
Last month, the Council of Europe approved Istanbul's being the Cultural Capital of Europe in 2010."
