"World Bank calls on Turkey to cut unemployment

World Bank Deputy Regional President Shigeo Katsu called on Turkey to take measures to remove obstacles to investment, saying it would cut the country's jobless rate.
"If the necessary measures are taken in investment and the job market, the unemployment rate could fall by 1 to 4 points," Katsu told an investment conference in Istanbul. "
