"Turkish Bank Moves Digs to 475 Fifth

NEW YORK CITY-Turkish bank T.C. Ziraat Bankasi is relocating its New York headquarters to 475 Fifth Avenue. The bank is moving from 330 Madison Ave. and will lease the entire 7,671 sf of the 19th floor.
The 24-story, 250,000 sf boutique tower on the corner of 41st St. across the street from Bryant Park has asking rents in from $49 to $52 per sf."
