Eight students and two teachers from Washington Middle School in Long Beach, California, who participated in a week-long program at Space Camp Turkey on July 2-8, presented İzmir Mayor Aziz Kocaoğlu a gift on behalf of Long Beach Mayor Beverly O'Neill. The engraved crystal dolphin sculpture is to be displayed by the İzmir Municipality for all İzmir citizens to view as a symbol of the Turkish-American partnership."
