Turkish ambassadors don't only represent the Turkish nation and the integrity of the state but they also have to attend to the needs and requirements of Turks living in host countries. There are Turkish communities of all kinds across Europe, mostly concentrated in Germany and neighboring states.
Turkish ambassadors have to tend to these people as much as attend to relations between the host government and Ankara. They also have to see that relations between the Turkish community living in that country and the host government run smoothly."
