Beef Steaks with Mustard Cream and Wild Mushrooms:
Ingredients: (Serves 6)
6 beef steaks with the bone, about 200 g each30 grams porcini mushroomspinch of salt and freshly grated black pepper6 tbsp butter30 grams pearl onions, diced350 grams bacon, cut in thick slices (or beef salami as substitute)1 1/2 cup dry white wine6 tbsp beef gelatin 600 ml (3 cups) fresh cream1 tbsp mustard1 tbsp lemon juice"
