"Turkey: Court halts Rabobank-Sekerbank deal
12:30 - 06 June 2006 - Dutch cooperative bank Rabobank Group faced another hurdle in its attempt to buy Turkish Sekerbank AS, after a Turkey court ruled that the Dutch lender was paying too low a price. Rabobank said that a Turkish court had confirmed the ruling of a lower-instance judge."
