"Turco-Greek tango or just Sirtaki?

The visit of Greek Foreign Minister Dora Bakoyannis, as expected, was not a great success.
The reason is simple: Greece still does not trust Turkey. In all her statements Bakoyannis drove Turkey into a corner and created an impression that Turkey is guilty of everything and that Greece is trying to reduce the guilt of Turkey through its 'support' toward Turkey in the European Union, as if Greece hasn't made any mistakes.
In the Turkish press these statements were strongly criticized and the Turkish people won't take Greece very seriously anymore, which isn't good for Greece,. In other words, the general view of the Turkish side after the visit is that Greek policy hasn't changed. The only change is that the same arguments are now being said by a Greek woman instead of a man. "
