Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker has stated that the European Union should halt membership talks with Turkey if Ankara refuses to open its harbors and airports to Greek Cypriot traffic before the end of the current year.
The centre-right Luxemburg leader made his remarks in an interview with the French pro-Catholic daily, La Croix."
