The Austrian Consulate General in Istanbul celebrated the publication of Tuna Köprülü's coffee table book, �The Foreign Palaces of Istanbul,� a light yet scholarly work depicting the histories of 13 foreign embassies in the former capital of the Ottoman Empire."
