The European Union (EU) Commission is concluding its preparations to open an office in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
The office, which will coordinate the disbursement of EU aid to Turkish Cyprus, is expected to be opened in the first week of July, despite Greek Cypriot opposition."
