Akron Police Chief Michael Matulavich beams when he looks at the plaque in his office recognizing his 40 years on the police force.
He was recently in Turkey and was surprised when the Turkish National Police recognized his many years of service at its 13th annual meeting of the International Police Executive Symposium. They presented an award to him at the conference."
