A regulatory change that allows imam-hatip graduates to enter any university they want after completing the necessary courses in the open high school system came into effect on Wednesday.
The graduates of imam-hatips and vocational schools until now lost points in university exams if they wanted to enter a university department unrelated to their high school degree."
