Turkey's budget this year will meet the Maastricht criteria for Eurozone economies of holding deficit spending at or below 3 percent of gross domestic product (GDP), and Ankara's debt levels will approach Eurozone debt criteria in 2006, according to Economy Minister Ali Babacan."
