"Gul opts out of NATO-EU dinner over Cyprus

Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul did not attend last night’s dinner of European Union and NATO Foreign Ministers, organized by Belgium’s FM Foreign Minister Karel De Gucht, reportedly in protest over Cyprus' presence.
Gul's decision to opt out of the working dinner was in protest to the presence of Cypriot Foreign Minister George Iacovou at the dinner. Turkey was represented by its Permanent Representative to NATO ambassador Umit Pamir."
