Foreign Minister Abdullah G�l has warned that the tone of a planned European Union declaration in response to Turkey's refusal to recognize EU member Greek Cyprus may halt an approval process by the Turkish Parliament of an EU protocol with which Ankara extended its customs union to new EU members, including Greek Cyprus."
