A planned European Union declaration in respond to Turkey's refusal to recognize member Greek Cyprus may halt approval by the Turkish Parliament of a protocol that extends Turkey's customs union deal to new EU members, including Greek Cyprus, Foreign Minister Abdullah G�l has said."
