EUOBSERVER / STRASBOURG - Green MEPs say that German members have pushed the Turkey-Cyprus debate off this week's agenda to wait and see the results of the German elections on 18 September.
The European Parliament was originally set to discuss German centre-right MEP Elmar Brok's report on Turkey's additional customs protocol with the EU in the current plenary session."
