Defining the Kurdish Workers' Party (PKK) leader Abdullah Ocalan as 'a terrorist sho belongs to jail', the US Department of State said they had noted the Ocalan verdict of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and left the consideration of the issue in an appropriate way to Turkey."
