" EU waiting on Turkey�s response to Ocalan ruling

It is Turkey�s duty as a member of the Council of Europe to implement the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), a spokesman for the European Union said Thursday.
The EU spokesman noted that Ankara had responded quickly to the ruling of the court, saying it would address the problems identified in the decision."
