The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) ended the week higher than at the beginning following an announcement by the European Court of Human Rights in favor of a retrial for terrorist leader Abdullah �calan. The IMKB now turns its eye to the May 29 French vote on the European Union new Constitution. "
