/PanARMENIAN.Net/ The issue of Turkey's EU membership can be raised no sooner than in 15 years, German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer stated, D-Radio reported. In his words, Turkey has to carry out numerous reforms what will take a great deal of time. �Germans like Europe on the whole are interested in changes in Turkey�, he said. According to Mr. Fischer, the reformation process will not be an easy one for Turkey but the country is really making good progress. �It can be proved by the beginning of debates on the Armenian Genocide�, Joschka Fischer stated."
