ANKARA (AA) - Number of foreign tourists visiting Turkey in April 2005 increased 22.7 percent to reach 1,348,264 over the same month last year, the State Institute of Statistics (SIS) said on Friday.
According to figures of the SIS, 1,098,401 foreign tourists visited Turkey in April 2004.
24.9 percent of all foreign tourists visiting Turkey are German, followed by Bulgarian, Dutch, Russian, British, French and Greek tourists. "
