Asian Development Bank (ADB) President Haruhiko Kuroda, in Turkey for preparations for ADB's 38th year board of governors' meeting to be held in Istanbul during May 4-6, said that the Turkish economy had observed amazing changes in the last three years and that Turkey has pulled itself together in a short period of time to reach an economic development close to European Union standards."
