One of Turkey's famous deserts, Asure or Noah's Pudding, is a symbol of multi-culturalism. Turkish NGOs are organizing 'Noah's Pudding Days' with representatives of other religions and cultures and consequently introducing Noah's Pudding to Europeans and giving the message of tolerance and multi-culturalism."
