"French Ruling Party: 'Yes' to Constitution, 'No' to Turkey

France's ruling party, the Union for Popular Movement (UMP) has decided to say 'yes' to the European Union (EU) Constitution when it goes through a referendum on May 29th. 90.8 percent of UMP delegates at the party convention in Paris yesterday supported a draft that envisages support for the Constitution and a 'privileged partnership' for Turkey's EU bid."
