By making the conditions of the December 17 Progress Report more difficult, it meant that if Turkey becomes a member between 2015 and 2020, its membership could be different from the others, and the mechanisms to activate this, when the time comes, were published in the summit decisions.
With the belief that there will a great economic revival when negotiations begin and the political revolution already appreciated by everyone in the last several years will become stronger, Turkey thinks that these precautionary mechanisms, which may also mean second class membership, will become meaningless with time and it will then continue on its own way. It is doing the right thing. "
