ISTANBUL — On a cold and blustery November morning along the Bosporus, Turkey woke up to find itself back in early June.
A snap election on Sunday was won handily by the ruling Justice and Development Party, or AKP, which claimed almost 50 percent of all votes and a decisive majority once more in Turkey's 550-seat parliament.
