Roundup: Elusive for PKK to disarm as Turkey elections loom
ANKARA, March 14 (Xinhua) -- Turkey's settlement process with the armed Kurdish group has been stalled over lack of progress in the talks ahead of the country's national elections, Turkish analysts said Saturday.
