UPDATE 3-Istanbul snowstorm grounds planes, shuts Bosphorus to tankers

Feb 18 (Reuters) - A snowstorm in Istanbul grounded planes, halted traffic and forced the closure of the Bosphorus Strait shipping channel on Wednesday, Turkish officials said.
