Turkish newspaper publishes recipes instead of stories in protest
Editor alleges that paper's coverage of local corruption caused it to be hit by multiple lawsuits
Protesting an ongoing government crackdown on press freedoms in Turkey, local newspaper Yon Gazetesi began filling its front pages with ironic recipes instead, Hurriyet Daily News website reported, offering instructions for dishes such as "mayor kebab".
