Turkey Rocked by Charlie Hebdo Cover

ISTANBUL—A Turkish court on Wednesday blocked access to some websites featuring the latest Charlie Hebdo magazine cover depicting the Prophet Muhammad, as security forces were deployed to guard the offices of Cumhuriyet newspaper after the secular-minded daily published excerpts from the magazine.
