Anonymous Twitter user had warned on Dolmabahçe assailant
An anonymous Twitter user had alerted the public to the planned attack on Dolmabahçe palace in İstanbul, saying “DHKP/C will use a member of their organization, Fırat Özçelik, in an upcoming attack.”
