ISTANBUL — Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's cultural enterprise İstanbul Kültür A.Ş. has published a book centering on 100 historical buildings in Istanbul which have been destroyed or damaged due to negligence. The book is published as part of the "Istanbul'un Yüzleri" (Istanbul's 100) Project.
