Recording: Cengiz was planning to build 10 houses in burned grove
A recording included in the supplementary folders of a corruption investigation that was made public on Dec. 25 and was recently rescinded by government-appointed prosecutors has revealed that a fire that destroyed a historic mansion in a grove in İstanbul's Üsküdar district that had been facing zoning restrictions may have been intentionally set.
