Turkey must find permanent solutions for Syrian refugees
Turkish cities on the Syrian and Iraqi borders are going through an eventful period. Thousands of people have fled to Turkey, fleeing the ongoing civil war in Syria and the Islamic State’s (IS) attacks in both Syria and Iraq. According to the latest statistics, about 1.2 million Syrians have taken refuge in Turkey, a number that almost equals the population of Kayseri or Samsun.
