Turkish EU Minister becomes PACE honorary president

ANKARA – Turkey's EU Minister and Chief Negotiator Mevlut Cavusoglu, the first Turkish politician to head the Parliamentary Assembly of Council Europe (PACE), has been unanimously chosen as the body’s honorary president.
