The Akhisar Prosecutor's Office has decided not to file a lawsuit against a woman who showed a shoebox to Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan from the balcony of her house in Manisa in reaction to a graft scandal that became public on Dec. 17, deeming that she was exercising her right to freedom of expression.
