Number of Syrians in Turkey exceeds 700,000 amid rebel infighting

Amid ongoing fights between rebel groups in the war-torn country, the number of Syrian refugees -- mainly consisting of Turkmens -- who have fled to Turkey has exceeded 700,000, according to the Prime Ministry's Disaster and Emergency Management Directorate (AFAD).
