Turkish ministers to meet EU to discuss Internet law

Turkey's new law cracking down on Internet use will be a main topic as the country's foreign and EU affairs ministers meet EU commissioners Monday in Brussels. The law, which allows a government agency to block access to websites without a court order, was criticised by EU officials last week.
