‘Turkish textile sector employment rate better than EU’

Turkey’s employment rate in the textile industry during the 2005 and 2009 crisis period has been better than the countries in the European Union (EU), said Istanbul Textile and Raw Materials Exporters Association (ITHIB) president Ismail Gulle, at the recently concluded International Textiles Summit, held in the southeastern Turkish city of Kahramanmaras.
