Turkey freezes al-Qaida, Taliban assets

ANKARA, Turkey (AP) Turkey has imposed financial sanctions on some 350 people and dozens of organizations that have been blacklisted by the United Nations Security Council for alleged links to al-Qaida or the Taliban.
