Istanbul Sept retail prices up 0.71 pct m/m -chamber

Oct 1 (Reuters) - Retail prices in Istanbul, Turkey's largest city, rose 0.71 percent month-on-month in September, while wholesale prices rose 0.3 percent, the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce said.
